Terms and Conditions – jobe4u Pakistan Betting Platform Rules

Welcome to jobe4u. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jobe4u ("we", "us", "the platform") governing access to and use of the website at jobe4u.bet and all associated services, games, betting markets, promotions and features offered through it.

By registering an account, accessing the jobe4u website, depositing funds, placing a bet or playing any game on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use jobe4u.

These Terms apply to all users in Pakistan and are written in plain English to make them as clear as possible. jobe4u does not hide conditions in small print or use deliberately confusing language — what is written here is exactly what governs your account and your use of the platform.

To create and use a jobe4u account you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. jobe4u is strictly an adult platform and does not permit access to anyone under 18. Age verification may be requested at any time.
• You must be a natural person — not a corporation, trust or other legal entity — registering on your own behalf.
• You must register only one account. Multiple accounts from the same individual are prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and with your own funds. You may not act as an agent for a third party or use another person's payment method without their explicit and verifiable consent.
• You must not be subject to any court order, legal restriction or other prohibition that prevents you from entering into binding agreements.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended or banned from jobe4u under these Terms or any prior version of them.

When you register with jobe4u, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full name, Pakistani mobile number, date of birth and a valid payment method. You agree that all information provided at registration and subsequently updated in your account profile will be truthful, current and complete.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials — your username, password and any security PIN or OTP. jobe4u will never ask for your full password through any channel including email, live chat or telephone. If you receive a request for your password from anyone claiming to be jobe4u support, treat it as fraudulent and report it to us immediately.

Any action taken through your jobe4u account — including bets placed, deposits made and withdrawals requested — will be treated as authorised by you unless you have reported your account as compromised before the action occurred. jobe4u cannot reverse transactions that took place before a compromise was reported.

• Use a strong, unique password for your jobe4u account.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone including family members.
• Log out of shared or public devices after every session.
• Enable any additional security features offered in your account settings.
• Report any suspicious activity on your account to support@jobe4u.bet immediately.

jobe4u reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

jobe4u accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only through the following officially supported payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All payments must originate from a payment method registered in your own name — third-party payments are not accepted.

The minimum deposit at jobe4u is Rs 300. There is no maximum single deposit limit for standard accounts, though higher deposits may trigger verification checks in line with jobe4u's anti-money laundering procedures. All deposits are credited to your jobe4u PKR balance instantly or within the processing time of the relevant payment method.

• Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits typically credit within 30 seconds.
• NayaPay and SadaPay deposits credit within 1–2 minutes.
• Bank IBFT transfers credit within 15–60 minutes depending on your bank.
• Visa/Mastercard deposits credit within 1–5 minutes.

jobe4u does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may charge their own fees — check with Easypaisa, JazzCash or your bank before depositing if you are concerned about provider-side charges.

You may request a withdrawal of your available jobe4u balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever technically possible, in line with anti-money laundering best practice.

The minimum withdrawal from jobe4u is Rs 300. Standard withdrawals to Easypaisa or JazzCash process within 15 minutes of approval. Bank IBFT withdrawals process within 2–6 hours depending on banking hours. Visa/Mastercard withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on your issuing bank.

• Your account must be fully verified before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will not be processed if there is an active responsible gaming restriction on your account.
• jobe4u reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above Rs 50,000.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn — see Section 6.
• Deposited funds that have not been wagered at least once may be subject to a processing fee to cover payment provider costs.

If a withdrawal is delayed beyond the standard timeframe, please contact jobe4u support at support@jobe4u.bet with your account details and withdrawal reference. jobe4u is committed to resolving withdrawal issues promptly and will not unreasonably withhold funds from verified accounts.

jobe4u offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing Pakistani players including welcome deposit matches, free bet credits, tournament prizes and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each promotion as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds credited to your jobe4u account must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement multiplier and qualifying games are stated in the individual promotion terms. Wagering on games with an RTP above a specified threshold (stated per promotion) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward meeting wagering requirements.

• Bonuses are for personal, single-account use only. Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is considered bonus abuse.
• jobe4u reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion with reasonable notice.
• If jobe4u has reasonable grounds to believe that a bonus is being abused — including through coordinated betting across accounts, deliberate low-risk strategies to meet wagering requirements, or collusion — the bonus and any associated winnings may be voided.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new jobe4u registrations only — one per household address and one per payment method.
• Bonuses have an expiry date stated in the promotion terms. Unused bonus funds and any winnings generated from them will expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated period.

All bets placed on jobe4u are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport or market as well as the general betting rules set out here. Placing a bet on jobe4u constitutes your acceptance of the applicable rules for that market.

Bet Acceptance: A bet is only confirmed when you receive a confirmed bet reference number on your jobe4u bet slip. Bets that do not generate a reference are not confirmed regardless of what appeared on screen. jobe4u reserves the right to refuse or void any bet where a technical error, odds error or system fault has resulted in clearly incorrect pricing.

• The minimum single bet at jobe4u is Rs 100 unless stated otherwise for a specific market.
• Maximum bet amounts vary by market and are displayed on your bet slip before confirmation.
• Bets placed on suspended markets will not be accepted. If a market becomes suspended after your bet is submitted but before it is confirmed, the bet will be voided and your stake returned.
• In-play bets are subject to a brief acceptance window — during this window odds may change. If odds change significantly, jobe4u will display the new odds before your in-play bet is confirmed.
• PSL and cricket bets specifically: in the event of a match abandonment or Duckworth-Lewis result, jobe4u applies standard cricket settlement rules as stated in the PSL Betting rules section of the platform.
• Accumulator bets: if one leg of an accumulator is voided, the affected selection is removed and the accumulator recalculates at the remaining selections' combined odds.

jobe4u results are final once a market is settled. Settlement result disputes must be raised with support within 48 hours of the event result being confirmed. Disputes raised after this window may not be accepted.

All casino games, live dealer games, Ludo games and virtual sports available on jobe4u are subject to their individual game rules as displayed within the game interface. The general rules in this section apply to all games across the platform.

RNG Games: Slot games, virtual Roulette, card game variants and other RNG-based games use certified random number generators. Return to player (RTP) percentages are stated in the information section of each game. Actual results over any individual session may differ significantly from theoretical RTP — RTP is a long-run statistical average across millions of rounds.

Live Casino: Live dealer games are conducted with physical cards and equipment on camera. Results are determined by physical events — card shuffles, wheel spins — and not by software. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game, the hand or round will be settled based on whatever information jobe4u's systems recorded at the point of disconnection. If no result can be determined, the bet is voided and the stake returned.

Ludo Games: All Ludo games on jobe4u are player-versus-player. Dice rolls use a certified RNG. In the event of a player disconnection, the disconnection handling rules set out in the Ludo Games section apply — a 60-second reconnection window with automated moves, after which a disconnected player forfeits the game. jobe4u operates an anti-collusion monitoring system and will void games and ban accounts where coordinated cheating is identified.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on jobe4u. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance and permanent ban from the platform. jobe4u reserves the right to pursue legal remedies where prohibited conduct involves fraud, theft or other criminal activity.

• Cheating and fraud: Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, use automated bots or scripts, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage through technical means.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain a collective advantage over the platform or other players — particularly in Ludo, poker or card game formats.
• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts, using false information or manipulating betting patterns specifically to exploit jobe4u promotional offers.
• Money laundering: Using jobe4u accounts to process funds derived from illegal activities. jobe4u has an active AML monitoring programme and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities as required.
• Underage use: Using or attempting to use jobe4u if you are under 18, or knowingly allowing someone under 18 to use your account.
• Third-party payment: Using a payment method not registered in your own name, or accepting funds from a third party to use on jobe4u.
• Account sharing or selling: Allowing another person to access or operate your jobe4u account, or selling or transferring your account to another person.

jobe4u reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, collusion or bonus abuse
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documents when requested
• Reasonable suspicion of underage use
• A valid self-exclusion request from the account holder
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months with a zero balance
• Legal requirement or regulatory obligation

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, jobe4u will retain any balance in the account during the investigation period. If the investigation concludes that no breach of Terms has occurred, any retained balance will be returned to the account holder. If a breach is confirmed, jobe4u may forfeit part or all of the balance in line with the nature of the breach.

You may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support@jobe4u.bet. Any remaining balance at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method after standard verification checks. Please allow up to 5 business days for voluntary closure to be fully processed.

jobe4u is committed to providing a safe gaming environment for all Pakistani players. Responsible gaming tools are built into the platform and are available to all account holders at no cost from the account settings dashboard.

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately when set and cannot be increased for 24 hours.
• Session time reminders: Set a maximum session duration. When the limit is reached, jobe4u displays a clear notification before allowing the session to continue.
• Self-exclusion: Take a break from jobe4u for 7 days, 30 days, 90 days or permanently. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately.
• Cooling-off period: A shorter pause option (24–72 hours) that suspends betting access without full account exclusion.

jobe4u staff are trained to identify signs of problem gambling behaviour and may proactively contact players whose activity patterns suggest difficulty. jobe4u collects and processes personal data from its users in connection with the provision of gaming services, account management, identity verification and responsible gaming obligations. All data processing activities are carried out in accordance with jobe4u's Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference and is available at jobe4u.bet/privacy-policy.

By registering with jobe4u, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to request access to your personal data, to request correction of inaccurate data, and to request deletion of your data subject to jobe4u's legal retention obligations. jobe4u uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data in transit and certified secure servers for data at rest. Payment card data is handled through PCI DSS-compliant processors and is never stored directly on jobe4u's servers.

All content on the jobe4u platform including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, images and branding is the intellectual property of jobe4u or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use jobe4u for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, scrape data from, or create derivative works based on jobe4u's content or software. Any unauthorised use of jobe4u's intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may constitute a separate legal violation.

jobe4u provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain consistent uptime and performance — particularly for Pakistani players on mobile connections — jobe4u does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jobe4u excludes all liability for:

• Losses resulting from technical failures, server outages or internet connectivity issues beyond jobe4u's reasonable control
• Loss of profits, loss of data or any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform
• Actions taken by third parties including payment processors, internet service providers or mobile network operators
• Errors or inaccuracies in third-party data feeds used for live sports results or odds pricing

Nothing in these Terms limits jobe4u's liability for fraud, for personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be legally excluded under Pakistani law.

jobe4u may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the platform, applicable law, regulatory requirements or business operations. When material changes are made, jobe4u will notify registered users via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, and will publish the updated Terms on this page with an updated effective date.

If you continue to use jobe4u after the effective date of updated Terms, you are deemed to have accepted the changes. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must stop using jobe4u and may request account closure as described in Section 10.

The current version of the Terms is always the authoritative version. In the event of any inconsistency between previous versions and the current version, the current version governs.
